yes
i think i have no problem with speakers because when i speak with whatsapp every thing is okey
So, how does the problem occurs?
that is my question it should be with settings
Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times.
If you don't hear any sound, or if your speaker button on the Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, your speaker might need service.

Also, you may try these:
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations.
- Tap Custom Audio Setup.
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
- When finished, tap Use Custom Settings to apply the custom settings suggested based on your choices.
