I wiped my samsung a51 and it restored my pictures and contacts but now i get incoming calls

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
i did a search and it said before I do any factory reset I should restart the phone which I did but do not have any incoming calls cand you call me?

Go to Accessibility > Interaction & Dexterity>Assistant Menu. Turn on the toggle next to off on the next screen. Then, you will find the Single tap-to-swipe option. Enable it.

You may try to enable it and ask someone to call you

Please, follow these steps:
- Go to the calls app.
- Press on the 3-dots button and select Settings.
- Go to Answering and ending calls.
- Tell me what you see here.
I read caller names alouded, ON answer auto ON, press volume up ON, That must be it?
Disable "Press volume up" and "Press side key "

And then check if the buttons appear

You may ask anybody you know to call you. Just for 1 second in order to check if everything is working fine now
