My aol mail account and it also affected my Messenger account.
So what exactly is happening when you are trying to access it? Do you see any error messages?
All I see is no new messages….and that’s not normal for me! 😁

I’ve changed passwords and have done a lot of cussing..

I’m working off of an iPad. I shut it off for a couple of hours, then restarted. Same problems

Can you check the Spam folder, is it empty as well?
There’s stuff in the junk folder….
Do you mean there are emails?
Are that emails that were previously deleted by you?
No- they seem to be new messages, looking at the times…
Okay. Check if those are your missing emails
they could be…
You can try to send the email from any other email address and check if it appears in Spam folder
