I was for many years using MagicJack service's phone number

it was hooked up to my cell phone as well but recently I stopped receiving calls on my cell phone.. no longer being passed to that phone if I wasn't home? if you phone my home number above it rings at my house however it doesn't ring on my cell phone as it did in the past

Please, check the subscription details with MagicJack by following the steps below:

Your subscription renewal dates can be found by logging into your account at ---> my.magicJack.com.
On the account screen, you will see both Number Status and Device Status I know that.. I'm up to date

Go into the settings for MagicJack specifically in your settings. TURN OFF the alert style, so that it says NONE. Call your MagicJack number. It should now ring
