Please, check the subscription details with MagicJack by following the steps below:
1. Your subscription renewal dates can be found by logging into your account at ---> my.magicJack.com.
2. On the account screen, you will see both Number Status and Device Status I know that.. I'm up to date
Go into the settings for MagicJack specifically in your settings. TURN OFF the alert style, so that it says NONE. Call your MagicJack number. It should now ring
