I want to change contacts & picktures from my old phone to my new phone

Please, follow the instruction below:

  1. On your old phone, open the "Settings" app.
  2. Tap Google and then Settings for Google apps -> Google Contacts sync -> Also sync device contacts -> Automatically back up & sync device contacts.
  3. Turn on Automatically back up & sync device contacts.
  4. Pick the account you have access to.

  1. Please, open your new phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Google.
  3. Tap Set up & restore.
  4. Tap Restore contacts.
  5. Tap the old phone with the contacts to copy.
