I have problem of my realme RMX2195 I forgot my password

Short summary:

  1. Press and hold the Power button to restart your Realme C15 RMX2195.
  2. When the device starts vibrating, simultaneously hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons along with the Power button.
  3. Continue holding all three buttons until you enter the Stock Recovery Mode.
  4. In the Stock Recovery Mode, use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate and select the "wipe data/factory reset" option.
  5. Once the option is selected, confirm the action by pressing the Power button.
  6. A screen will appear with the realme logo, indicating that the factory reset process has started.
  7. Wait for the process to complete. This may take a few minutes.
  8. Once the reset is finished, you will be taken back to the initial setup screen.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device again.

  • Here, you can use both Volume keys: UP Key and DOWN Key together to choose "wipe data/factory reset" Now, if you are sure and want to hard reset please confirm using the Power key button.
  • You can use Volume Keys to select the "wipe data/factory reset option" if you want to reset your Realme C15 RMX2195 with Recovery Mode.
