I have just bought a new Versa 3 but it does not collect data on oxygen use and skin temp

Have I not loaded it correctly?

Short summary:

  1. Ensure the sensors are in contact: Make sure the sensors on the back of the Versa 3 watch are in direct contact with your skin. Check if there are any barriers like sweat, lotion, or dirt that may be obstructing the sensors.
  2. Clean the sensors: If there are any substances on the sensors, gently clean them using a soft, lint-free cloth. Ensure that the sensors are free from any residue or buildup.
  3. Wear the watch for at least three days: The Fitbit Versa 3 requires a minimum of three days of continuous wear before it starts collecting data on oxygen use and skin temperature. Wear the watch consistently for this duration.
  4. Check again after two more days: After wearing the Versa 3 for a total of three days, check if it has started collecting data on oxygen use and skin temperature. You should begin to see values and readings by this point.
