what do i try next
1. Firstly, unplug your printer from the main socket and remove the cartridge of the printer
2. Look for any paper scraps, staples, or even a paperclip and remove them if found.
3. Clean the cartridge thoroughly and reinstall it. Make sure that the cartridge is seated back correctly.
4. Now, turn on your printer and check the error is resolved or not by performing a sample print job.
