I have an Epson Printer that is sending out papers that I did not try to print

I went to troubleshooting, but don't understand any of it. It is XP-7100 Series EPSONB557C8

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Nice to meet you, *****!
Is it printing blank pages?

Customer Replay

These pages coming out are all covered with the same icons - all over the page and will not print what I want. Should I take it back to Best Buy as I have a 4 year warranty

Well, yes you can, but I can try to help you as well.
Please follow these steps to power cycle your printer:

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait at least 1 minute.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  6. Turn the printer on.

Please note, you can find the manual guide to your printer online on Epson website, as they are not sending it in paper version.
