You need to download the software for CameraWindow from the Canon website:

  1. Visit this page https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/powershot-a630
  2. Choose the "Software and drivers" option
  3. Choose your operating system and its version.
  4. Click "Download"

Please follow the procedures below to install the software. When installing it, quit other application software.

  1. Download the file from the download page I sent you above.
  2. Double-click the file. The downloaded file will be extracted, and the "CW8104aW_Installer.exe" file will be created.
  3. Double-click the "CW8104aW_Installer.exe" file.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to perform the installation.
