*****

Nice to meet you, *****!
Your phone is Motorola Moto G stylus?
Or were you talking about a different phone?

Customer Replay

Ok, do you have the answer to my quandary?

First of all, I'd like you to answer my question above. Then I can try to find a solution for you.

Customer Replay

Yes, my phone is a Motorola Moto G Stylus, 2020.

Great, thanks.

Customer Replay

OK

:)
*****, are you 100% sure you didn't have Google Drive backup? Can you please check it again just to be sure?

Customer Replay

Ok, I'll check.

Thank you, I'll be here.

Customer Replay

I checked, it's not backed up.

Alright, but are you logged in to your Google Account there?
The one to which all the apps were linked?

Customer Replay

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question.

It's okay. What I'm asking is: the Google account you're logged in right now is the same that was used before you factory reset your phone, correct?
Can you open your Play Store app?

Customer Replay

Yes, it's the same.

Great!
We can try to check the apps you had through the Play Store app.

Customer Replay

I've opened Google Play.

Please, tap on your profile pic near the search bar.
One of the first options you'll see is "My apps & games" or just "Apps".
Just right under your Google Account in the window that will pop up, that is.

Customer Replay

It just has Mansge apps and device. I'm trying to see all of the apps that I previously installed without going through my music and film purchases.

Yes, manage apps is what you need.
What do you see there?

Customer Replay

It's just the apps that come with the phone: I can't find the music apps, or wmv downloader app I had, for example.

Can you send me a screenshot, please?
There should be an option to see your installed/not installed apps (which is what we're looking for)
Basically, what you have to do is to go to "Manage apps & device", tap on "Manage" near the top. That list is what is installed right now. Tap on the "Installed" filter button and change it to "Not installed" to see what you have installed before but is not currently on the device right now.

Customer Replay

I finally found them, though. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Well, you're welcome although you've done all the work yourself.
Is there anything else I can do for you today?

Customer Replay

No, thank you.

Please feel free to contact us at any time. We'll be happy to help you.
