Short summary:

  1. Open the Messaging app on your Samsung A53 Android phone.
  2. Tap on the three-dot menu icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings" or "Settings and Preferences" (depending on your phone's version).
  4. In the Settings menu, look for the "Accounts and Backup" or "Backup and Restore" option and tap on it.
  5. Scroll down until you find the "Samsung Cloud" section and tap on it.
  6. In the Samsung Cloud settings, locate and select the "Restore Data" or "Restore" option.
  7. You will see a list of available backups to restore data from. Look for the backup that contains the messages you want to restore.
  8. Tap on the backup to select it.
  9. Inside the backup options, make sure to enable the "Messages" option for restoring deleted messages.
  10. Once you have selected the appropriate options, tap on the "Restore" button or similar action to initiate the restoration process.
  11. Wait for the phone to restore the selected backup. This may take some time, depending on the size of the backup and your internet connection speed.
  12. After the restoration process is complete, open the Messaging app again and check if your deleted messages have been successfully restored.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Tell me, please, are you referring to a messaging app like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc or just text messages on your phone?
