I cannot print I get a message that there is no communication between printers between the computer and the printer

I updated to a new computer that has Windows 11. I downloaded a new program for my HP Office jet Pro 8500A yesterday Afternoon I can scan But cannot Print

I have down loaded and installed updated program for my printer From Hp

First, update your printer driver at
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL34339/mp-109381-2/Basic_Webpack_x64-1322-OJ8500_A910_Basicx64_Webpack.exe
After reinstalling, check the printing. If it doesn't work, come back to me.

You can try downloading a Diagnostic tool or Driver
It is better if you download both

Yes I have downloaded the updated program .It told me to disconnect the ether net cable then proceed with the installation It failed because my router has A mac notation on it ,i was told i to remove the mac notation But i do not know how to remove it..' How do I do that

Try unplugging it and wait 2 minutes. Then check it again.

Yes I think it is finely working I printed two Items and it worked but it a while when you sent something to print before it starts I seams slower than a USB connection,

What Should Do with the usb cable ? Should I even Hook up the USB cable?

I had both Cables hooked up when I had a 14 old computer,
