I cannot get my Panasonic phone to give me the right time

I am in Phoenix AZ.

Short summary:

  1. Press the menu button on your phone.
  2. Dial #101 to access the date settings.
  3. Verify that the date shown is correct. If it's incorrect, adjust it accordingly.
  4. Press the "OK" button to save the date settings.
  5. Navigate to the time settings on your phone by pressing the menu button and selecting the appropriate option.
  6. Enter the correct time and save it by pressing the "OK" button.
  7. If the time still adjusts incorrectly, press the menu button again.
  8. Dial #226 to access the time adjustment settings.
  9. Disable the time adjustment feature.
  10. Check if the time on your phone is now set correctly and stays that way.

First of all, could you please specify how you change the time on your phone? Did you do it by dialing #101 in your Menu?

The date and time are in the same branch of settings on your phone. Please press the "OK" button and it should move you to the Time settings.

i am there. i know how to do that. It is the time that adds an extra time then I put in.

Please enter the correct time and then save it by pressing the "OK" button. Once it's done, you should be able to turn off the Time Adjustment for your phone.
