I can't remove the toner cartridge - it won't let me turn it back 180 degrees to remove

As far as I got it - you put it in, the printer is filled now, and cannot turn it around to remove it?

An icon with three dots you are referring to is at the front of your printer, correct?
Yes, the icon is right at the front corner, just in front of the printer case that's stuck

Okay, good, just needed to do it to prevent any accidents.
Can you please try to turn the toner catridge one more time? Try to press the toner catridge down a bit and then turn it opposite to clock wise direction.
That worked. It's out. Could you please wait for a moment? The printer hasnt' been working so I added a second cartride of ink and that's whent the problem started.. I'd like to see if the printer will work now while I still have you
