I can't find how to erase the data from the old phone. (old phone is an IPhone 6s)

I received a new IPhone today. I have transferred my data, but in the process I did not erase the data on my old phone

On your iPhone, open the "Settings" app.
Tap "General" and then tap "Transfer or Reset [device]."
Select "Erase All Content and Settings."
