I bought a new remote and I need help programming it

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Could you follow the instruction, please:

  1. Power on the TV or other device you’d like to connect to.
  2. Insert batteries into your remote and point at the device.
  3. Press and release the correct device button on your remote for the device you’re connecting. For
    example, if you’re connecting to a TV, press the TV button.
  4. Now press the power button and the device button simultaneously. Hold until the power light on the device turns off and then back on.

Could you try to do this:
Press the TV button and hold for 5 seconds until the LED flashes twice. LED will remain lit. Find the programming code for your TV in the code list and enter it using the Number Buttons. The LED flashes once after entering each digit.
