How do I update the software on my Canon TR 8620 printer

I’m not sure. Someone on your end asked me if the printer software had been updated and I didn’t know if I was to do that.

The problem is error code 6A80

I cancelled the print. Turned off the printer and unplugged it as the error code told me to.
There are several reasons Error Code 6A80 may appear, including a paper jam or the need for a printer reset.
Have you checked if there is no paper jammed-in printer?

No paper jam either place. How do I reset the printer
- With the printer powered on, select Setup.
- Select Device settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu list and select Reset settings.
