I’m not sure. Someone on your end asked me if the printer software had been updated and I didn’t know if I was to do that.

The problem is error code 6A80

I cancelled the print. Turned off the printer and unplugged it as the error code told me to.

There are several reasons Error Code 6A80 may appear, including a paper jam or the need for a printer reset.
Have you checked if there is no paper jammed-in printer?

1. With the printer powered on, select Setup.
2. Select Device settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu list and select Reset settings.

Where is it. The face of the printer had the information on the error code and I cannot clear it. Do I turn it off and unplug again.
