How do I turn off the flash on my tracFone TCL phone?

I'm not sure what the notification bar is. This is a TracFone Cell Ohone

You need to press and hold the top right corner of your TracFone and then swipe down.
A menu will appear where you can turn off the flashlight.

I see that but the flqaash still goes off when I try to take a picture.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Camera app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on the lightning bolt icon at the bottom center of your screen.
  3. Tap until the lightning bolt has a slash mark through it, indicating that it's shut off.

There are three lightening bolts at the top of the screen a white one with a slasj a gold one and a white one with A to the upper right of it. But the flash still works

Ok looks like it kis working. Now I have to figure olut how to dodge the shadow the phone is making on the card I need to take a picture of.

That depends on your lighting in the room.

I think the picture might still be clear enough but I might just try to go over by the window and try that way.
