How do I pay my Spectrum bill?

To pay your Spectrum bill:

  1. Go to https://www.spectrum.net/.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Follow the prompts to pay your bill.

To change your payment method:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://www.spectrumbusiness.net/.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. If you have multiple services, choose Mobile.
  4. Choose Payment Methods.
  5. Select the payment method you want to update or choose Add Payment Method to add a new one.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your card information.

I did that and I got an answer that said my payment was applied, but I have not received a statement showing it as yet.

In this case, I would recommend you contact Spectrum Customer Service directly by calling this number: 224-6603.

My problem is that I am on auto pay with a credit card and it was compromised and stopped by my bank, causing my payment to be missed, ergo my phone was restricted and I can't call. That's why I am going this way, and, obviously, I'm not very experienced with it!

You can also view your payment activity by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Spectrum account https://www.spectrumbusiness.net/.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Scroll down and select the Activity tab.
  4. Select Payments to expand the box with your payment history.

To update the Payment Method, please, follow these instructions:

  1. Sign in to your account https://www.spectrumbusiness.net/.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. If you have multiple services, choose Mobile.
  4. Choose Payment Methods, then select a payment method to update, or choose Add Payment Method and follow the on-screen instructions to update your card information.
