I did that and I got an answer that said my payment was applied, but I have not received a statement showing it as yet.
In this case, I would recommend you contact Spectrum Customer Service directly by calling this number: 224-6603.
My problem is that I am on auto pay with a credit card and it was compromised and stopped by my bank, causing my payment to be missed, ergo my phone was restricted and I can't call. That's why I am going this way, and, obviously, I'm not very experienced with it!
