I get lenovo ideaPad5 from other member in pensioner club.When I try to fix mess suddenly come up :give recovery key but I don't know this nomber.Can not even put in new windows

Please try to open a web browser on another device and Sign in to your Microsoft account to find your recovery key. This is the most likely place to find your recovery key.

If I put in new Hard Drive still ask recovery number?

No, it protects only the current disk, also you can reinstall Windows, but all data will be lost.

Thats no problem because I have all on external HD so I tomorro put in New hard rive and sort out.Thaqnks U help
