Do you need instructions from the very beginning of the set up or did you manage to complete few steps already?microsoft
Customer Reply
I've completed a few steps already. I have my domain's MX, CNAME and TXT records setup, but I don't know how to add an email address or apps. I thought those were included with my subscription.

Got you, thank you for the additional details!
Please allow me a moment to provide you with further instructions, I would really appreciate it if you would wait for me in the chat.

No problem. FYI, I'm also on a Mac. I do have apps already (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.) on my desktop. I just need to know how to sign them out of an old account and sign them in to a new one. Outlook is the first priority.

*****, to change the account, you would need to open an app Word, Excel, etc. and in the top right corner click on your name -> sign out -> sign in with the new account
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 program can be running at the same time with different Microsoft account logins, that's why you would need to switch manually in each app to a different user

Got it, but I'm not even sure I've correctly added myself as a user. As I said Outlook is the priority.

Do you want to use Outlook only for 1 account or do you want to use it for the private email as well?
Customer Reply
I use it for business email and private. I'm a sole proprietor, so I get almost all my email via my one email address and personal domain.
