my epson et-2760 wont print. it keeps sounding like its jamming and giving me an 01 error.

First of all, quickly turn off the power of your Epson printer and wait for five minutes. After that, switch on the printer again and confirm if this time it completes its self-start process or not and start working properly.

I just turned it back on and it did not complete a self start nor did it fix the problem

Confirm that whether you have removed the transportation lock of your printer or not, so managing the lock can be a great solution.

If your printer’s CD tray is in the eject position then, ensure that you have pushed the CD Tray button to withdraw the tray to its original storage position.
Keep in mind that never push or pull the CD tray in an incorrect direction.
Switch off the power of the printer and also confirm that there is no paper jam in the printer.
