What troubleshooting have you done with Bose SoundTouch so far?
Tried turning on off. Shut power. Not connecting.

Location permissions are used by the Bose app to detect and control your product. If location settings are disabled for the app, it will not work properly.

If your iOS device recently had a new firmware upgrade - it also may affect on connection
have done. It updated the speaker and it’s now connected to my phone. It was to do with the app from Bose and not my phone.
