Understood.
Could you please restart your computer? Occasionally, errors can happen in drivers, firmware, or software that will clear out when you restart your computer. Once you've restarted, check your keyboard to see if it is responding.

Customer Replay

Can you take access of my computer to look at it?
I did that already that's why I'm contacting you.

Some HP laptops have a shortcut that will allow you to lock your keyboard to prevent unwanted touches. Unfortunately, it's easy to trigger this shortcut accidentally, so even if you don't think you've locked the keyboard, press and hold the right Shift key for 8 seconds. Doing this should unlock the keyboard so it will begin responding again.
Unfortunately, the remote team is not available at the moment. Let's try to fix your
issue through the chat.
Please, follow the step above and update me on the results.

Customer Replay

It came up. Do you want to turn on filter keys or now?

Do you mean when you press right Shift key for 8 seconds some message pops up?

Customer Replay

Yes, it says, do you want to turn on filter que tease? Filter keys let you ignore brief or repeated keystrokes and slows down the keyboard repeat rate. The key. The keyboard shortcut to turn on filter keys is to hold down the right shift key for 8 seconds. This is. Disable this keyboard shortcut and ease of access
keyboard settings.
