All of a sudden computer locks up voice saying a support number

Voice came on saying i have gone to bad site. No control on cursor. Support number given but i did not go there. Closed computer

Follow these steps, please
Delete Safari cookies, cache, and history:

  1. Open Safari and press on the Safari button at the top-left corner of the screen
  2. Select Preferences and go to the Privacy tab > Manage Website Data > Remove all
  3. Open Safari again and go to Develop button > Empty Caches
  4. Then, go to History button > Clear History and select All history
