When I open zoom my picture is on it's side how do I get it back to it's normal vertical

My picture on it's side the client picture normal

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Okay, so you use Zoom on the Mac, no the Windows computer, right?

The problem appeared on the mac I did not check it on windows

Please, try this:

  1. Start your Zoom and start the video conference.
  2. Click the arrow next to Stop Video.
  3. Hover over the preview of your camera.
  4. In the top-right corner of the video preview, click the rotate button until your camera is rotated correctly.

It is basically the little window where you can see yourself in the camera.

Thre is my wronglu tilted picture and a grid on theupper right side of the screen nothin happens when i hover

You are in Video Settings at the moment, right?

Do you see this option near your video preview?

I do't see this option when I hit the arrow nextto the camer icon I see select camer, facetime HD, choose virtual background video settings

Okay, click on the option that is on my illustration, please.
This should rotate your video preview.

Okay, try moving your cursor onto your video preview. Does anything appear?

no I assume video preview is my picture on the screen

Yes, it should show you from the view of the camera.

Let's try doing a similar procedure, but from your profile Settings:

  1. Log in to the Zoom client.
  2. Click your profile picture then click Settings.
  3. Click the Video tab.
    Let me know when you have accessed it.

On your Mac do you use Zoom via a browser, or the application?

either way I got to it this time through the app

I only see system setting at the bottom of the screen

On the mac i see my tilted picture and bellow it: secutiry, participants,chatshare screen and on the left handstop video and mute
