What is wrong with "bosch" on prime?

Times out as much as it plays.

In order to help you, I need your assistance here please, could you tell me more about the issue?

Have not had any issues on other formats, paramount+, etc.

Could you please tell me when and how did the problem occur?

Watching a lot of Bosch. As episodes go on it is now terrible. Tried again last night and gave up after 5 Min.
Started about a week ago.
Each one is worse than the last. Continously time out.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Re-booted ROKU. Backed out of Bosch and started again.

Could you please check that your power cable is connected properly and plugged in? If it still won't turn on, please remove the power cable for five seconds, and then plug it back in.

Basic Internet Service = 3 to 8 Mbps. You =r one is quite in the norm, however, there can be sth, that interrupts the good internet connection on your Roku player. Could you please check?

No, just keeps wanting more info and a code. Tried to hear code and did not work.

This is going to take some time. Will keep trying and get back if have to.
I deleted the prime app on my ROKU and reinstalled. The problem now gone.
