What is the IPC Port?

The IPC feature allows threads to communicate and synchronize when they do not share memory, for example, when they do not run on the same node. Communications rely on the exchange of messages through ports.

Please, click your Start Button, then just type cmd, and on the resulting list, right-click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'.

Run these two commands below in Command Prompt and press Enter after each command:

  • Netsh winhttp show proxy
  • Reset proxy
  • Close Command Prompt and check if the problem is fixed, if not, restart your PC and try again.

I don't know, it only shows when I boot up and not always.
