We have a KX-TGE663 phone and answering machine

My husband thinks there is a 0 shown if you don't have any messages. I said no only if you have messages. Who is right. Thanks

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Nice to meet you, *****!
Could you please name the model of the answering machine?
The 0 displays on your answering machine, right?

Okay, got it.
Could you please clarify where do you see that zero? Or maybe attach a photo to the chat?

My husband sees the 0. It is where the number of messages shows.

I assume, that 0 is shown where there are no messages on your answering machine.
Usually, answering machine has no limit on the number of messages it will hold. However, un-played or saved messages are supposed only to remain in your machine for 30 days before the system automatically purges them.

Does a 0 show, ours does not

It should show up when there are no messages, or it doesn't show up at all when there are no messages

Do you have any additional questions I can help you with?
