The sound on my TV programs isn't working right

The serial and model numbers on televisions can be found in 4 locations.
From the label on the carton.
From the side label of the television (certain models only).
From the back label of the television.
At the bottom underside of the frame. ( 2017 models)

What problem do you have with sound?

It's all garbled and you can't understand it. It worked fine on the previous movies and then this happened

Just this once and yes it's on all programs

Please, check the correct SAP is selected by pressing the [SAP] button on the remote control.
If the TV is connected to a Panasonic Home Theater via HDMI cable, then check VIERA Link controls.
If the TV is connected to a Home Theater via optical cable, then: Check the connection, the audio system is on and the correct input is selected.

Secondary Audio Programming is an audio channel that's often used for an alternative language track or for Descriptive Video Services Ok checked and things are the way they should be.
Check HDMI in analog/digital audio settings.
Press [Menu] > Sound > HDMI input
For model GX700 series press [Menu] > Audio > HDMI input
