The Lenovo System Care white screen is on my desktop and I cannot get rid of it

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Can you make me a screenshot of that pop-up window on the screen, so can I check?
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.
Also you can send it on email
Can you take a screenshot and send it to me via email help@howly.com

So it says Loading all the time

Using your keyboard, press and hold the CTRL, Shift, and ESC keys simultaneously.
Then let go of all three keys.
Task Manager launches.
Please find there Lenovo Care System
Right click on Lenovo system care and select End task

Did you press Ctrl-Shift-Esc at the same time, *****?

And you did not see anything like this, no:

Can you, please, try pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE keys at the same time. A blue screen should appear. And from that click on Task manager.
