What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I tried to open the app but all does is stay on the desktop "loading..."
Can you make me a screenshot of that pop-up window on the screen, so can I check?
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.
Also you can send it on email
Can you take a screenshot and send it to me via email help@howly.com

Using your keyboard, press and hold the CTRL, Shift, and ESC keys simultaneously.
Then let go of all three keys.
Task Manager launches.
Please find there Lenovo Care System
Right click on Lenovo system care and select End task

Can you, please, try pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE keys at the same time. A blue screen should appear. And from that click on Task manager.
