The battery on my Fitbit Charge2 completely ran out and when I charged it, all the settings were wrong

I have got the App on my laptop and used it to plug and play my Fitbit, but I can't logon to change the settings.

I used it but it didn't recognise it so I started again to create an account with a different email. The message keeps coming up that I should try again later.

Yes that's what I tried today - its been about a week since I first got the message to try later

And tell me if you see the same error

Its annoying because the time on my Fitbit is now 5.5hours slow and of course everything else is wrong too.
