Some one has taken over my Facebook account, and have changed the recovery numbers and email

I know it's been hacked it's saying a different recovery email and number it was under *****@hotmail.com It's someone else name and now it's saying can't find my Facebook account

If your contact information was changed by a hacker, you had to receive an email from Facebook with the "secure your account" option.
So, you need to visit your mailbox and find a letter first.
Please, check all your folders, including spam, junk, social media, etc. Please note, that a letter should be sent from security@facebookmail.com

I would recommend the following steps:

Go to facebook.com/login/identify
Find your account by searching for your phone number or email address.
Select “No longer have access to these?”.
On the"I've lost access to my login details" screen select "Start".
Then add a new email address or you can choose to add a phone number instead.
Next, you'll be offered to either enter the old password to your account that you remember or submit your ID document. If you do recover from your phone you may also be offered to take a video selfie.
Follow the instructions on the screen depending on the option you've chosen. After that Facebook will contact you.
