tried setting the TV but at certain point it ask me for a zip code. The VPN assigns a site as New York, USA but does not provide any specific ZIP code

Luis, let's try power cycling your Samsung TV, to do so, please, follow these steps:
1. Power off your Samsung TV and unplug it from its power source.
2. Now wait for 5 minutes and then plug back the TV into the power source.
3. Then power on the TV and check if the TV Plus issue is resolved.

Let's try restoring TV Plus, follow the instructions, please:
1. With help of your remote follow this path:
Home > Live TV > Channel List > All > Edit Channels.
2. Once done, try finding Restore TV Plus.

OK Only live TV option says LIVE TV CABLE. When clicking it says NO SOURCE. No channel list

Could you additionally specify: do you have Guide button on your remote?
