One Sonos speaker stopped pllaying

It has power - I can use it to turn system on. The ap shows it playing at the same volume as the others but there is no sound.

On, off, plug out, plug in

In this case, please try a sequential reboot to refresh your network and all your Sonos device's connection:

  • Unplug your network devices from the power and wait for 60 full seconds before you plug them back in.
  • Once the router is back online, unplug all your Sonos devices from the power.
  • Please wait 15 seconds before you plug back them back in.
  • Force close the Sonos app from your iOS or Android device.
  • When the status light on your Sonos speakers is solid white, get back on the Sonos app and check if you're connected.
  • Test playback from and observe Sonos performance.

I did all steps. Status white never appeared and now I have no music on either speaker.

If you are in a wireless setup, move any affected Sonos products closer to the router.

  • Please Unplug the speaker.
  • Press and hold the Connect button located on the back of the speaker.
  • Continue holding down the Connect button until the speaker's light starts flashing white and amber.
  • When the light starts flashing green, the speaker has been reset.
