What troubleshooting have you done so far?
connected service provider to verify modem was working. turned device off and then back on. checked to verify cables were secure.

There are Power LED, Internet LED, WiFi LED, Ethernet LEDs, WPS LED.
i forgot to mention, I 2get internet on my laptop by connecting lan line to modem. I'm not familiar with the symbol but I beleive it's internet

now the power light is orange and internet light is out
it's acting strange.

yes and the lights are on now. 2.4g and 5g.maybe that worked. I'm checking
