it was shipped by Ingram Micro - but they don't answer the phone or emails - I can cancel the charge on my card but I don't want to throw away the device?

That's not correct, I bought it from GOOGLE Pay - and the company that shipped has no customer service link
Look I'll just give it away and cancel the charge - I'm trying to do the right thing here and as you can see from your responses I'm not getting anywhere

yes I checked the email, I checked the Google pay account, I went onto Google's page, Google Play, Google Store, Chromecast pages...

  • Click View or Edit Order on the order you want to review.
  1. Under the order that you want to return, select View details.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions.

yes, I did all the steps, now i'm checking my email for the shipping label...it's 20 bucks why am I even doing this...now it's principle

Do these next:

  1. To print your delivery label immediately, click Print Shipping label and then Print return slip.
  2. To answer questions about your returns, go to the upper right corner of your Order History page.
  3. Select the View or edit order button.
  4. Navigate to the specific order you'd like to check.
