My television is telling me that I need to sign in and pay another $59

But my other two TVs is working on your VPN my bill has been paid so what's the problem with this TV

I have never had any problems with this before I don't understand why I'm having trouble now

To get access to your VPN you have to log in on your TV using your Nord VPN account

I did all that and it keeps asking me to sign up and pay $59 again where I've never had that problem before when the VPN would not work all I had to do is go to North VPN click on it find a United States click on that and it reboots and gives me my VPN back now is telling me it's not giving it to me
This is only happening on one TV I have three TVs on nordvpn the other two are working fine

Yes I keep clicking on it trying to get it to work but it's not working it keeps telling me about subscribing it says subscribe now is what it's saying

Listen the screen that I'm looking at now says VPN not connected home with a blue box that says subscribe now with a check in it and it says all countries underneath that and then it says specialty service
Okay how do I log out I'm doing this on the television not on the computer
This is why you all need to have a telephone number for people like me that's not computer savvy where you can walk me through things without all this texting back and forth I know this is the young people's way of doing things but I'm an old guy

Go to Settings on your Fire TV device. Select Applications. Select Manage Installed Applications. Select the NordVPN app and then Uninstall.

Okay give me a minute I'm trying something else right now to see if that's going to work they have an auto reconnect in the settings on this and I'm trying it if that doesn't work then I'll do what you asking me to do can you hold on a minute

Now I went in in management installments applications I uninstalled it now how do I get it back in

  1. Use the main menu on your Fire TV to search for apps. You can also use your voice to search for specific apps. Just press the voice button on your Alexa Voice Remote.
  2. Select the NordVPN app.
  3. Select Get or the shopping cart icon to start your download.

Okay when when I go to login I click on that in the next screen that comes up it's showing me login with your device and then it's login manually so I go got pressure down to that click on that and then it goes to login do not have any an account sign up username and email address continue forgot your password get a new one time login code
