My arlo subscribtion has been cancelled and I want reactivate it,when I log in it says I cant

  3. Tap or click Subscribe Now in the Arlo Smart section.

When I do it has my card details and when I select the monthly payment it comes up with , master plan not assigned on the account . Unable to assignsipplement plan
