My iPhone is not turning on and I don't want to loose some important documents on its WhatsApp

I have tried using my Macbook to update it but its not

Short summary:

  1. Put your iPhone 7 Plus into Recovery Mode. Disconnect it from the charger and then press and hold the side button and volume down button simultaneously.
  2. Keep holding the buttons until you see the iTunes logo on the screen.
  3. Install iTunes on your Mac if you don't have it already. You can download it from this link: [insert link to iTunes download].
  4. Open iTunes on your Mac and connect your iPhone 7 Plus to the computer using a USB cable.
  5. If a pop-up appears on your iPhone screen asking for your device passcode or to "Trust This Computer," follow the onscreen steps.
  6. If your Mac doesn't recognize your iPhone, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Look for the iPhone button in the Finder sidebar (below Locations). If you don't see it, reconnect the phone and restart your Mac.
  7. Once your iPhone is recognized in Finder, click the iPhone button, then click on "General" at the top of the window.
  8. Click on "Restore iPhone" to begin the restore process.
  9. Follow the onscreen prompts to confirm the restoration. This will erase all data on your iPhone, so make sure you have a backup if necessary.
  10. Wait for the restore process to complete. Your iPhone will restart and should no longer display the continuous cycle of the Apple logo and charging sign.
