I’ve had a strong passion and attraction to electronics and technical appliances for as long as I remember. Everything started with tearing apart my toys to see how they work. Then it came to dissembling phones, PCs, laptops, and other appliances and working with their management and operating systems. Since I was a teenager, I’ve had time to try my hand at different areas, both full-time and part-time jobs. I worked with many different CRM systems and interfaces, including custom ones, which were a significant part of a business system.

I’ve always liked technology. It became more than just a hobby. As people say, you need to love what you do to become a professional at it. And I believe in this.

Now, I work at Howly and serve thousands of customers who need tech help. I think it’s great if you have a friend who can give you good advice when you need it. And I’m doing my best to be such a “friend” whom you can ask any tech question in chat and get a quick answer to it.
