Can you please follow the instructions:
Open the Settings app. From your iPhone's home screen, you need to open the Settings app in order to make changes to the system.
Go to Accessibility. Once you're in the Settings app, scroll down and tap Accessibility.
Tap on Display & Text Size.
Select Colour Filters.
Toggle the switch to On, and tap Grayscale.
OK, now every thing is in gray scale
Please turn it off again
Proceed the same instructions
Follow the instructions below
Open Control Center, touch and hold. , then tap. to turn Dark Mode on or off
