My ET 4760 printer will only print black and magenta.

ll the tanks are filled, so ink supply is not an issue. I've run the print head nozzle check and the print head cleaning with out success. How do I run a power cleaning?

Short summary:

  1. Unplug the ET 4760 printer from the power source, plug it back.
  2. Press and hold the power button and the help button simultaneously.
  3. Keep holding the buttons until the Power Cleaning screen appears on the printer's LCD screen.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the Power Cleaning process.
  5. Wait for the Power Cleaning process to complete. This may take approximately 10 minutes.
  6. After the Power Cleaning is finished, run a nozzle check to verify if all colors are now printing correctly.
  7. If the nozzle check shows that all colors, including black, are printing properly, the issue should be resolved.
  8. If any colors are still not printing correctly, repeat the Power Cleaning process and run another nozzle check.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
