What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

Tried to open it with remote and with bottoms nothing

Got it, before we proceed, I really need to know the model of the player. Can you please search for the sticker on the bottom or behind the player where it would indicate the model?

4310807 2B
That's all the numbers I saw

Got it, that's all I need. Thank you!
Please, follow these steps to unlock your disk tray:

  1. While a disc is playing in the Blu-ray Disc player, press the SYSTEM MENU
    button on the remote control.
  2. After the System Menu screen appears, slowly press 0 0 0 0 7 6 6 9 using the number pad on the remote control.
Let me know, once you will finish, and we will continue with the rest of the process.

Got it, follow this then:
Perform a power reset

  1. Press and hold the POWER button for ten seconds until the Blu-ray Disc player
    turns off.
  2. After the Blu-ray Disc player turns off, press the POWER button again to turn it back on.
  3. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on the front of the Blu-ray Disc player to open the disc tray.
Let me know If the disc tray still won't open

I have top menu and pop up menu options and home and return
It won't turn off

Got it, then let's try again to unlock it with this method:

  1. Press and hold the STOP, HOME, and TOP MENU buttons using the supplied remote control.
  2. When LOCKED or UNLOCKED appears on the display of the Blu-ray Disc player, release the buttons. It would help if you had aUNLOCKED status.

Blank screen still on

Try this, please:

  1. Please turn off the Blu-ray Disc player and let it rest for 1 minute.
  2. Turn the Blu-ray Disc player back on.
  3. Immediately after POWER ON appears on display, press the STOP button
on the front of the player.
  4. Only use the STOP button on the front of the Blu-ray Disc player. The remote
control won't work for this operation.
  5. The disc tray should eject and the Blu-ray Disc player will turn off. If it doesn't eject, repeat the steps above.
  6. It may be necessary to press the STOP button in the 4 steps two or three times.
