My air-conditioning is not working because of our Honeywell home thermostat

Short summary:

  1. Press the FAN button and hold it. Press and hold the UP arrow button without releasing the FAN button.
  2. Keep holding both buttons for 5-10 seconds.
  3. Release both buttons and press the first button from the right.
  4. Keep holding the button until you see 39 displayed on the screen.
  5. Use the DOWN arrow keys to bring the number to 0.
  6. Press on DONE, you will see the WiFi setup blinking off the screen top.

In order to adjust my instructions for you, it would be helpful to know what model do you have. Grasp the thermostat with the fingers of your hand on the top and your thumb on the bottom and try pulling the thermostat directly off the wall plate. If it does not separate you will need to refer to your owners guide as to how it removes from the wall. After removing the thermostat, flip it over and look for the model number, which is printed on the back of the case, starting with the group of letters.
