Mobile data and sim card switched off how do i turn it back on

my sim card was activated when i bought the phone

To turn mobile data on:

  1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
  2. Press the mobile data icon to turn the function on or off.
  3. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

I recommend you eject a sim card. Please clean the sim card as well as the SIM slot and try again

removed card and gave it another clean reinserted andata nd sim still wont turn back on

If your SIM still doesn’t appear to be working, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Put your phone into flight mode, leave it for 30 seconds, and then disable flight mode.
  2. Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Turn off your device, remove your SIM, and clean it using a microfiber cloth. Then re-insert it and try
    again.
  5. Try the SIM card in another phone, and test the connection in a few locations to see if the SIM connects.


Also please try turning your mobile data on with Oppo:

  1. Go to [Settings]
  2. Tap on [SIM card & mobile data]
  3. Toggle [Mobile Data] on
