I’ve been logged out of my Instagram account and can’t seem to enter back in through any device

when I’m trying to log in I get a massage saying “there is a problem with your request”
I’ve downloaded an app to track unfollowers and as I’ve signed in to it, Instagram signed me out

Please try signing into your Instagram account using Facebook:

  • Log in to your Instagram account using your preferred web browser.
  • Navigate to your Account Settings and delink your Facebook account if it's already connected.
  • Clear data of your Instagram phone application.
  • Use Facebook to log in to Instagram.
