I’m trying to register my camera on my mobile its asking me to input device password

it's saying its wrong

I had it logged in threw my phone number on my old phone but can't remember my password and when I try and reset it its saying they couldn't reset my password

Have you tried to reset it?
It should go to default settings
And password ill go too
Press the reset key more than 3 seconds, and make sure the camera is keeping on power on.
The camera will restore the factory settings successfully about 60 seconds later.

Yes when I try and reset the password it's asking me to put the tennis ball on the red dot and then on the rack n just telling me to rey again
I don't know where the reset button is on the camera I can't find it
