I'm having issues with My link micro s lte it sends me notifications but I can't view the images in the app. I pulled the camera and the pictures are saved on the SD card but I can't view them from my phone. I moved the camera to different locations with great signal and it does the same thing.

Are you talking about the Spypoint camera?

When I click on the notification it route me to the app and the app says no photos found
But when I pulled the camera and SD card and plugged the SD card Into the computer the pictures are saved on the SD card

No I activated the camera mid week last week and it's been this way since I activated

I moved the camera and tried it in different areas with better cell service and it does the same thing

Right now yes but i had it on here with me and signal % was 90 and still not sending pics to the app

Tried calling spypoint 3 separate times for support and sat on hold for over an hour each time with no answer

So.... I just logged out of the app and back in and all of my photos just popped up 😂

Did you force close the app or sign out of the account and back in?

Not at this time im going to turn the camera back on and see if it continues to send new images
